📋 Description

• Deliver key power systems projects on time and on budget • Create and maintain relationships with clients • Report to an Operations Director • Take full responsibility and autonomy for driving and successfully delivering projects • Balance role-model leadership, operational skill, strategic ability, financial acumen, and high-level client communication • Manage and deliver varied projects in the power systems sector • Work with several key customers • Identify risks, manage resources, and make sound decisions under pressure • Build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, manage conflict constructively, and support succession planning and employee development • Improve health and safety culture, quality, efficiency, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects, within a similar sector and customer environment • Strong leadership skills with evidence of taking ownership, acting as a role model, and driving team performance • Good operational and strategic capability, supported by strong financial awareness and decision-making skills • Ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with both new and existing customers, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction • Proven track record of delivering commitments on time, managing resources effectively, identifying risks, and making sound decisions under pressure • Experience building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, managing conflict constructively, and supporting succession planning and employee development • Commitment to following AVK processes, improving health and safety culture, driving quality and efficiency, and continuously challenging ways of working to improve outcomes
