📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets for the assigned territory. • Identify, target, and build relationships with key decision-makers within public sector organizations. • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the specific challenges and objectives of prospective customers. • Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations, ensuring a consultative approach. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce). • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of Avolve Software. • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the Govtech space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or Govtech sectors. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing large-scale deals in the public sector. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage time effectively across multiple opportunities.
