📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment project lifecycle. • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. • Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates to ensure close alignment with client expectations. • Manage client feedback and translate this into project deliverables. • Allocate internal team members to active projects; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success. • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • You have proven experience (at least 3 years) working as a Project Manager (or similar) in a recruitment agency or service-providing environment. • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with international and remote teams. • Strong English skills, and additional languages are a bonus!
