📋 Description

• Provide support to our clients regarding the IT systems we operate • Analyze and resolve hardware and software incidents (1st & 2nd level support) • Document solutions and frequent requests in the ticketing system • Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations (e.g., PCs, printers, networks) • Collaborate with experienced colleagues from the systems and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification • Good knowledge of IT support and technical understanding of Windows systems, networks, and common hardware and software • Desirable: experience in project work and in an IT service provider/system house environment • Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style • Valid driving license (Class B) • Fluent German and good English skills
