📋 Description

• You qualify and prioritize incoming leads and actively identify new potential customers (outbound & inbound) • You are the first point of contact for prospective customers, conduct initial conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and generate interest in our solutions • You build a solid sales pipeline and work closely with the key account managers • You are eager to develop tailored outreach sequences (email, phone, social selling) • You use modern tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, research platforms) to make your activities efficient • You hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team and coordinate regularly with sales to optimize lead quality • You independently close small deals with limited scope and/or guide prospects to our self-onboarding forms.

🎯 Requirements

• You have initial experience in sales, customer success, or business development, ideally in a SaaS/software environment and B2B context • You possess strong communication skills, work proactively, and enjoy interacting with people • We value your high motivation to develop further in sales; a growth mindset is welcome • You demonstrate a structured, analytical, and independent working style • Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) • You can quickly understand complex issues and communicate them clearly • You speak fluent German; very good English skills are desirable.
