📋 Description

• Oversee the administration and global management of the Group’s share plans, both all-employee and Discretionary • Responsible for managing the relationship with external administrators • Collaborate across functions and regions to deliver seamless, compliant and engaging share plans

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in employee equity share plans, including expertise in managing international share schemes across multiple tax and regulatory jurisdictions • Understanding of the legal, tax and accounting regulations governing employee share plans • Educated to Degree Level • The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) Certificate in Employee Share Plans is highly desirable • And/or other professional qualification (governance, tax or finance). • Must achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance
