📋 Description
• Lead and manage technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end. • Define delivery outcomes, success criteria, scope, milestones and delivery plans aligned to business goals. • Deliver projects across a range of enterprise technology areas, including: • - Microsoft 365 (collaboration, productivity, tenant migrations and adoption) • - Infrastructure services (networking, hosting, connectivity and cloud foundations) • - ServiceNow and ITSM tooling implementations or improvements • - End User Services / Compute, including device rollouts and modern workplace programmes • - Cloud Transformations & Migrations across Azure & AWS. • - Identity and Access Management solutions • - Cyber Security initiatives and controls • Build strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, customers and third-party suppliers. • Put in place appropriate delivery governance, reporting, financial controls and risk management. • Apply suitable delivery and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid), tailoring them to the engagement. • Manage delivery to time and budget, including fixed-price engagements. • Proactively manage risks, issues and changes in scope, proposing pragmatic solutions. • Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to delivery teams, creating clarity and confidence throughout delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4+ years’ experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role. • Proven experience delivering technology projects in enterprise environments. • Experience managing delivery budgets and financial reporting. • A strong track record of delivering agreed outcomes and benefits for clients. • Experience working in public sector environments, with an understanding of governance, assurance and delivery constraints.
