📋 Description
• Lead and grow the water environment team • Identifying solutions to client problems • Flood risk assessment and scheme design • Preparation of tenders and quotes • Project management • Represent the company to clients, suppliers and prospects • Provide mentoring support and training to junior colleagues • Reviewing technical work
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in related subject, and / or relevant professional experience • Experience of flood risk assessment and flood modelling, natural flood management and SUDs design • Enthusiastic commitment to the role of consultancy in improving environmental and sustainability outcomes whist being sensitive to and considerate of needs of clients, colleagues and other stakeholders • Experience within a commercial consultancy role. • Pro-active solution focused • Flexible approach to work, ability to work on multiple projects • Excellent report writing skills
