📋 Description

• Complete finished product specifications for retailers, ensuring technical, legal, and quality requirements are met • Manage retailer systems and processes that generate finished product packaging • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align specifications with business and customer needs • Maintain and verify data integrity within specification systems • Support product launches and ongoing supply with accurate, timely documentation • Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce errors

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in retailer specification and artwork management • Sound knowledge of legal labelling requirements and on-pack claim verification • Ability to manage critical paths and deliver to tight timelines • Confidence using retailer IT and specification systems to drive efficiency • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance • Proactive communicator who works effectively across technical and commercial teams • Continuous improvement mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach • Organised and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
