âą Proven track record as an Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast-paced technology consultancy, digital agency, or global professional services firm. âą Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end multi-regional recruitment across both the UK/EMEA and North American (NAM) markets. âą Strong expertise sourcing niche technical and commercial profiles, ideally with exposure to enterprise ecosystems like Adobe (Marketo, AEM) and Salesforce, or AI and data consulting. âą Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, consult, and constructively challenge hiring managers and senior executives. âą Mastery of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, CRM talent pools) and experience managing structured workflows within an ATS. âą High cultural agility and flexibility to navigate differing regional employment landscapes, time zones, and candidate expectations. âą Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling employer value proposition.
