âą Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance âą Source and engage exceptional talent across the US and European markets âą Build pipelines for highly technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers and Product Engineers âą Develop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidates and communicate opportunities. âą Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for technical capability, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment âą Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process âą Track recruiting performance and continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and workflows âą Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership
âą Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies or startups âą Have experience hiring across the US and European markets âą Have a strong track record of closing technical and engineering roles âą Understand the fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systems âą Can confidently discuss concepts such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows âą Are highly proactive and resourceful when sourcing difficult-to-find talent âą Know how to build relationships with passive candidates and manage complex hiring processes âą Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills âą Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities âą Speak and write fluent English (C1+) âą A big plus: experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers âą A big plus: experience hiring for AI startups, research organisations, or developer-focused companies âą A big plus: familiarity with modern sourcing tools, recruiting automation, and AI-powered recruiting workflows
