📋 Description

• Conduct complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives • Develop complex reports and analyses • Communicate results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts • Experience working with quantitative and statistical data • Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized • Knowledge of Lean principles desired • Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience • Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
