📋 Description

• Organize, analyze, and present data from various data sources related to Ambulatory Coding and Ambulatory CDI • Develop and monitor performance improvement initiatives, strategies, and goals • Produce ad hoc and recurring reports and graphs for internal and external presentations • Provide technical assistance to the coding department • Prepare data and graphs for monthly presentations in varying formats • Create and maintain templates supporting the Coding team • Extract and produce analysis reports supporting Coding continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Kentucky or Indiana required • Technical Diploma; certification or degree in Health Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field required • Associate degree or higher in health information technology or related field preferred • Minimum of two years of job-related experience • EPIC EMR experience preferred • HCC Coding experience preferred
