📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow workstreams and interact with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements • Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow • Capture current-state processes and pain points and design future-state processes • Engage frequently with users and stakeholders throughout project and development phases • Collaborate with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to improve existing ServiceNow implementations • Build functional work products, including process maps, design documents, and communications • Support functional product testing and training activities • Create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience • US Citizenship is contractually required • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps • Well-rounded technology consulting experience, including the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training • Experience working in an Agile environment • Selected candidate must be willing to travel up to 25% • Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications are preferred • Candidates with an Active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred • One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels • Heightened attention to detail • Knowledge of other low-code and no-code platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions • General understanding of financial management aspects, particularly in a federal environment • No security clearance required
