📋 Description

• Assist with negotiation and placement of video buys aligned with media plan goals. • Manage execution of video buys, including entering and updating schedules. • Ensure accuracy of buy details, budgets and guaranteed delivery goals. • Partner with trafficking/operations teams on creative asset delivery. • Assist with client buy overviews. • Support Upfront and Scatter negotiations through plan analysis, recommendations and negotiations. • Monitor video marketplace trends. • Report campaign performance against deal terms, client KPIs and objectives. • Build collaborative relationships with media partners. • Communicate campaign status, opportunities and issues to agency teams and clients. • Assist with industry POVs and thought leadership. • Collaborate with finance to resolve media billing issues. • Adhere to client budgets while meeting objectives. • Perform other assigned duties.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience buying Converged Television and Digital Video. • Proficiency in video landscape including legacy and emerging media owners. • Strong organizational and mathematical skills. • Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines. • Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management teams. • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps and current clients. • Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and comfortable making decisions.
