📋 Description

• Lead the paid acquisition creative function • Turn customer insights and performance data into compelling ads • Build and maintain a disciplined creative testing and learning process • Develop a reliable pipeline of creative to sustain profitable spend • Own creative strategy, briefs, production coordination, quality assurance, and creative performance analysis • Build prioritized creative roadmaps for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels • Define audiences, objections, product benefits, hooks, formats, and test hypotheses • Translate strategy into briefs, scripts, demonstrations, and channel-specific assets • Manage production calendars, feedback, approvals, and delivery deadlines • Review performance results, identify why concepts perform, and create follow-up briefs • Manage performance creative agencies, UGC partners, freelancers, and production vendors • Lead assigned creative resources and manage approved production budgets • Maintain a searchable asset library with naming, tagging, performance history, usage rights, and approvals • Plan production capacity, flag risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain backup partners • Establish pre-launch reviews for product accuracy, demonstrations, brand alignment, platform specifications, and creator permissions • Use AI and workflow automation with human review for accuracy and quality • Run weekly creative reviews covering results, lessons, fatigue, production status, budget, tests, owners, and deadlines • Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Design, Product Development, Integrated Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retention

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth marketing • Experience leading creative teams or external production partners • Demonstrated record of developing ads supporting profitable acquisition for a consumer product brand • Beauty, personal care, or wellness experience strongly preferred • Deep working knowledge of Meta and TikTok creative • Experience adapting concepts for YouTube and other acquisition channels • Strong analytical judgment distinguishing creative insights from attribution, media, audience, or offer issues • Hands-on skill in briefing, scripting, product demonstrations, UGC, editing feedback, and translating customer objections into effective creative • Experience managing production budgets, agencies, creators, timelines, and competing priorities • Portfolio demonstrating hypotheses, contributions, testing approaches, spend supported, performance results, and iterations
