📋 Description

• Ramp on service layout, CI/CD, observability, engineering conventions and practices • Ship a small feature slice or quality-of-life improvement in one service • Add tests, dashboards, or runbook notes for the areas you touch • Take ownership of a service or capability across our product • Lead a medium-scope project • Strengthen reliability with better logging, tracing, alerts, and failure handling • Drive cross-service initiative and shape technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• (Very) senior software engineers focusing on the backend • Experience in languages: Go and TypeScript/Node.js • Familiar with gRPC and REST; GraphQL/tRPC at the edge for frontend BFFs • Experience with data processing: Postgres, Redis, Kafka • Knowledge in workflow management: Temporal • Familiarity with infrastructure: AWS, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform • Understanding observability and ops tools: Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, Incident.io
