📋 Description

• Provide sales support through training, on-site customer support, order and supply assistance, and coordination of Baxter teams • Support customer tradeshows and Pump Fairs • Assist with customer training needs • Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates • Support marketing and cross-functional field sales needs for Infusion Therapies and Technologies • Foster connections between Baxter teams to drive business results • Share customer insights and feedback with team and cross-functional partners to inform priorities and meet customer needs • Build relationships and establish trust with clinicians and customer stakeholders • Represent Baxter’s Infusion Therapy products and services to customers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in a field sales or field sales support role in the medical device field, as an alternative to the preferred bachelor’s degree • Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM preferred • Strong presentation skills • Proven success working within large multifaceted teams • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
