📋 Description

• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs • Conduct data needs assessments and data analysis to identify data patterns, quality issues, and enrichment opportunities • Facilitate meetings with development teams to review and refine functional requirements • Develop processes and dashboards to monitor data quality and trending metrics • Highlight quality issues to stakeholders and ensure data integrity • Publish data quality reports to leadership • Communicate with business users and stakeholders about development status • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and training • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Prior experience as a business analyst or in a similar technical role, preferably in the data arena • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in requirements gathering and data mapping • Technical skills with data analysis and data profiling tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of software development methodologies and development workflow tools • Ability to manage data projects from inception to completion • Ability to use data visualization tools to transform analysis results into dashboards
