📋 Description

• Support a client program, which includes identifying program goals and outlining strategies to achieve objectives • Assist with the optimization of key targets and integrate travel services within the program portfolio • Identify travel technology products, developing market intelligence and benchmarking platforms • Serve as liaison among clients, travelers, and suppliers by listening, problem-solving, and communicating both verbally and written • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of organization • Organize, prepare, and participate in client events and training seminars

🎯 Requirements

• Previous travel industry experience in account management or management role • Thorough knowledge of at least one segment of the corporate travel industry • Prior experience with GDS Amadeus • Experience working in cross-functional work teams • Experience working with a large market and/or global clients • Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English and German
