📋 Description

• Internal knowledge transfer for new products and features of our order-entry and results reporting platform ix.serv / ix.connect • Planning and delivering internal training for colleagues in Service and Support • Creating internal functional and configuration documentation • Supporting pilot projects • Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability • Supporting product managers in the acceptance testing and rollout of new products and features

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training or degree and experience in Healthcare IT or the laboratory sector • Strong knowledge of workflows and processes used by submitters/ordering parties • Good knowledge of order entry systems, especially ix.serv / ix.connect, is an advantage • Experience planning and delivering training • Strong service and customer orientation and a high level of quality awareness • Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues • Enjoy working in a team • Good German language skills and strong communication abilities
