• Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers • Ensure seamless enrollment in Liberator’s supply program • Deliver personalized, white-glove service and support • Communicate the features and benefits of the PureWick™ system • Conduct communications with prospective leads through inbound and outbound calls • Maintain detailed records of calls, issues, and resolutions • Meet departmental call volume targets and uphold standards of professionalism • Achieve departmental goals related to sales, call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance • Ensure adherence to phone quality and compliance standards • Work cross-functionally to support customers with inquiries and order-related issues
• High School Diploma or GED • 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications • Ability to write external business correspondence • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions • Intermediate math skills • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access and/or other database software • Knowledge of call center telecommunications software
