📋 Description

• Project setup & maintenance: You ensure our projects are entered cleanly into the system, manage project data, and make deadlines your best friend. • Task prioritization: Whether large or small tasks — you assign them skillfully according to urgency and ensure our internal and external partners stay aligned and on track. • Dispatching documents: No document gets lost with you! You ensure proposals and project materials are delivered to our clients' inboxes on time. • Communication: Whether handling client inquiries or coordinating with team leads — you manage communication channels and never lose the thread. • Administrative support: You assist our teams with all organizational needs, maintain client data, and keep project files up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification • Experience in project organization or commercial/administrative management • Proficient in MS Office • Structured and independent work style • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal • Able to work under pressure and service-oriented • Experience in an agency and/or packaging environment
