📋 Description

• Own end-to-end clinical and operational implementation execution for assigned customers, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stabilization, and transition to steady-state support • Provide virtual and on-site clinical support from pre-planning and education through go-live and post-launch troubleshooting • Build implementation plans covering clinical workflow design, staffing models, order and result routing, patient communication, and administrative processes • Coordinate resources across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product • Deliver tailored demos, clinical education, and training to physicians, advanced practice providers, sleep technologists, medical assistants, schedulers, and administrative staff • Maintain reusable training materials, quick-reference guides, and competency checklists • Track utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround, and workflow adherence; deliver refresher training as needed • Diagnose root causes of low or inconsistent usage and drive corrective action • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to redesign workflows and embed Beacon solutions in daily practice • Serve as the clinical operational point of contact through pre-sale, implementation, and early adoption • Act as the clinical subject matter expert on sleep testing workflows and home sleep apnea testing • Exercise independent judgment on implementation methods, sequencing, adoption measurement, and account stabilization • Partner with Regional Sales Managers on handoffs, QBRs, renewals, and expansion discussions • Provide Product with structured implementation feedback and support go-to-market readiness • Mentor and coach peers and newer specialists; build templates and playbooks • Plan multi-quarter priorities for the clinical implementation function and represent it in cross-team planning • Initiate improvement projects addressing process, tooling, or enablement gaps • Adhere to regulatory, compliance, quality, privacy, HIPAA, and SaMD standards; support audits and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Active RPSGT certification • 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing • Demonstrated experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings • Experience delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams • Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching peers, and setting standards or best practices adopted beyond your own work • Experience planning work across multiple quarters and multiple stakeholder groups • Willingness to travel nationally (up to ~50-75%), including on-site go-live support • Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools • US-based, anchored in the East territory
