🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership. • Deep expertise in systems architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. • Strong experience in Python, Ruby, and JavaScript. • Ability to influence technical decision-making and align teams around strategic initiatives. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, particularly in large-scale distributed systems. • Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and iteration.
