📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and strategically pair contractors with clients • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contractors, providing ongoing support and accounting/bookkeeping guidance • Oversee a client roster with focus on retention, account growth, and maximizing engagement duration • Identify opportunities to expand services using financial expertise and a growth-oriented mindset • Collaborate on contract updates, renewals, and terminations • Address and resolve client or contractor concerns, escalating matters when necessary • Communicate professionally and provide constructive feedback to contractors • Use GSuite, CRM systems, and other platforms to streamline workflows and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and elevate the client experience • Leverage technology to improve efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 1–2 years of client relationship management or account management experience • Working knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting • Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively in a virtual environment • Experience managing engagements in a virtual environment • Proficiency with GSuite, CRM platforms, and collaboration systems • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Aptitude for consultative selling and identifying growth opportunities • Dedicated home office • Work schedule aligned with BELAY's core collaboration hours • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Residence within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, GA
