📋 Description

• Sell RUCKUS networking solutions through a network of channel partners as part of a team with Territory/Vertical Account Managers and/or Partner Account Managers • Address technical and business challenges by identifying and positioning suitable RUCKUS solutions for customer needs • Develop and execute territory account plans using business economics, industry trends, and key vertical-market knowledge • Engage partners and end customers through technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, enablement sessions, and workshops • Provide accurate kit lists and high-level solution designs to support the sales process • Act as a trusted technical advisor and differentiate and position RUCKUS competitively • Work with Territory and Partner Account Managers to drive revenue, support sales efforts, and contribute to quota goals • Align technical solutions with customer business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience working with IP/Wireless technologies • Proficient understanding of pre-sales engineering and sales processes, including critical account management • Strong knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi evolution, including Wi-Fi 5, 6, and 7 • Knowledge of RF antenna signal propagation behavior • Knowledge of wireless design and assessment best practices • Knowledge of WLAN security • Experience with predictive heat map creation • Wireless troubleshooting and optimization skills • Knowledge of IP routing and switching, including WAN/LAN design, setup, and configuration • General knowledge of VLAN, security, VoIP, QoS, BYOD/MDM, PtP, mesh, wireless controller architectures, Wi-Fi protocols and transmission, RF engineering, indoor and outdoor wireless deployments, packet capture/analysis tools, and WLAN security • Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills • Ability to capture relevant information and document and articulate findings to senior leadership • Advanced understanding of partner business drivers and mapping them to customer network platforms and environments • Ability to identify improvement areas in network design • Experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology and process • Ability to communicate technical solutions in writing and verbally to varied audiences, including executive-level decision-makers • Ability to travel around the UK and Ireland, particularly the North of England, approximately 50% of the time
