📋 Description

• Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contract execution, and deal closure • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts across multiple industries • Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and position Benchmark Gensuite's solutions effectively • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth • Conduct discovery conversations and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer business challenges • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts while balancing customer needs with company objectives • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity within CRM systems • Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging customer priorities related to EHS, Sustainability, ESG, and Operational Excellence • Represent Benchmark Gensuite at customer meetings, industry conferences, and networking events as needed • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience in a customer-facing commercial role • Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets • Experience selling software solutions to enterprise organizations and engaging executive-level decision-makers • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience delivering product demonstrations and leading commercial conversations with minimal oversight • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or similar) to manage pipeline and forecasting • Interest or experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, or Operational Excellence solutions is highly desirable
