📋 Description

• Join Bennett & Pless, a leading structural engineering firm in Dallas, as a Senior Structural Engineer. • Drive business growth and engage in client management while executing engineering projects. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, master’s degree preferred • Professional Engineer (PE) required, Structural Engineer (SE) is a plus • 8+ minimum years of experience in the AEC industry doing engineering design with a successful track record of project execution • 3+ years’ experience of related business development or client management experience • Successful track record of successfully delivering a variety of engineering projects • Working knowledge of Revit is preferred • Experience with industry standard software, including but not limited to Microsoft products, Bentley (RAM) products, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, etc. • Experience with ETABS and/or Tekla Structural Designer is a plus • Experience in the Data Center, Industrial, Life Sciences, and/or Manufacturing sectors is a plus • Must be a self-starter and always willing to listen, learn and improve • Team leadership and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining ongoing communication with leaders and stakeholders • Excellent project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to be the spokesperson for the organization • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Business and financial acumen • Established network within the Dallas A/E/C industry
