• Independently and reliably manage grocery retail customers within the sales territory • Implement marketing strategies and exploit market potential, especially for our focus brands Mio Mio, Berentzen and Puschkin • Actively influence order quantities at the point of sale (POS) and prevent out-of-stock situations • Ensure optimal execution of listings and key account promotional agreements • Implement in-store secondary placements and other promotional activities at the POS • Conduct competitive analyses
• Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience • Solid knowledge of the structure of the grocery retail sector (LEH) • Residence within the sales territory • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems • Independent, structured and target-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset • Experience and skill in sales negotiations
