πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Kindly submit your updated English resume β€’ The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities. β€’ This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. β€’ You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads. β€’ Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. β€’ Responsibilities β€’ Build lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories β€’ Research prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points) β€’ Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria β€’ Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.) β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM β€’ Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events β€’ Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition β€’ Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked) β€’ Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry, with additional background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferred β€’ Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) β€’ Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls β€’ Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase) β€’ Experience using CRM systems (required) β€’ Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). β€’ High school diploma or equivalent.
