They place emphasis on deep industry knowledge (online and crypto casinos, sweepstakes, mystery boxes, B2B SaaS, and FinTech) and operate globally with hybrid and fully remote roles.

📋 Description

• Manage entity setups, inter-company agreements, and corporate housekeeping • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements (including B2B, SaaS, licensing, marketing, and contractor deals) • Build out reports, standard terms, contract templates, and foundational legal documentation • Oversee IP management and maintain centralized trademark register • Act as the go-to legal advisor for internal business teams and liaise with CSPs

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • 5+ years of experience, most of it senior-level, with real hands-on contract drafting • Solid corporate law background in multi-jurisdictional environment • Experience in iGaming (or fintech/payments) • Fluent English, spoken and written • Ability to work independently and build things from scratch • Flags problems and open questions clearly, escalating to the CLO
