• As part of our IT and development team, you share responsibility for the design and ongoing development of all technical projects across the company • You design, develop and optimize websites, apps and software solutions — always with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and agile methods • You take ownership of the conception and documentation of system architecture, aiming for maximum performance and reliability — even under load • You continuously develop your skills in relevant technical areas, follow new trends and actively bring them into the team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in full-stack or backend development, ideally with scalable web applications • Solid knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, APIs and deployment methods • You think in systems, have a strong architectural understanding and strive for clarity in code and documentation • You are curious, eager to grow and bring new technologies into discussions with substance
