📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine. • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including prescribing medication when clinically appropriate. • Provide supervision and oversight to Nurse Practitioners (NPs). • Complete required chart reviews and provide timely consultation support to NPs. • Maintain responsiveness for collaboration duties. • Coordinate care with UpLift’s network of therapists and other providers. • Provide empathetic, evidence-based care while upholding UpLift’s standards. • Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with active clinical experience. • Active and unrestricted medical license(s) in Virginia, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina. • Multi-state licensure strongly preferred. • Experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) is preferred. • Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate. • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care. • Strong communication skills and ability to provide timely consultation support. • Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
