📋 Description
• Develop new features and migrate existing logic to Go from the legacy PHP monolith • Write clean, secure, testable, scalable and well-documented product or system code • Collaborate on improving CI/CD processes and service reliability for high-traffic systems • Work closely with product to deliver high-quality features and resolve integration issues • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in backend development in total • 2+ years of experience with Golang (frameworks like Go-Kit) • Understanding idiomatic Go patterns and best practices for structuring Go applications • Experience with relational databases — MySQL and/or PostgreSQL using libraries like sqlx or GORM • Experience with in-memory storage and caching (e.g., Redis, AWS Elastiсache, etc.) • Experience with asynchronous communication via tools like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Amazon SQS • Experience with Linux environments, Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to write and maintain unit tests and ensure test coverage and reliability • Fast learner with a strong desire to continually acquire new knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills
