📋 Description

• Ensure and manage the smooth execution of day-to-day operations • Coordinate and monitor time-critical last-mile deliveries • Dispatch open delivery orders to our delivery partner network • Provide customer-focused solutions for short-notice and complex delivery requests • Actively contribute to the development, optimization, and automation of operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in logistics or completed vocational training in logistics • 3–5 years of professional experience in dispatching and operational transport management • Professional, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills with delivery partners and customers • Reliability, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness • Experience working with logistics software • Fluent in German (spoken and written); basic knowledge of English
