📋 Description

• Shape the digital infrastructure of building materials logistics. • Design, implement, and operate robust backend services and APIs that form the foundation of our digital platform. • Develop and maintain an event-driven architecture based on Kafka and messaging patterns. • Take ownership of architectural decisions, the technical direction, and the operation of systems. • Ensure high code quality, clean architecture, and reliable operational processes. • Work directly with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into efficient backend solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development with a focus on backend systems. • Strong knowledge of modern JVM technologies – ideally Kotlin with Ktor or Spring Boot. • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka. • Proficient with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). • Understanding of clean API design, efficient data structures, and high-performance systems. • Enjoy close collaboration with stakeholders and taking ownership of product decisions. • Initial hands-on experience using AI tools for software development and integrating AI services into a product. • Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit, and initiative. • Very good German skills (B2) and English skills (C1).
