📋 Description

• Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility as proficiency develops. • Support the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors. • Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses. • Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery. • Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing reliable, professional support. • Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts. • Proactively use other knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation. • Learn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS). • Seek coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors to accelerate skill development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups. • Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Internship, co-op, or academic experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation (Nice To Have). • Exposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments (Nice To Have). • Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter (Nice To Have). • Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms (Nice To Have).
