• Strengthening partnerships at a national and regional level across East Africa. • Capacity building within the region. • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the implementation of Biblica’s programs. • Stock management and inventory oversight. • Plan, strategize and implement partnership engagements and programs. • Engage with strategic partners to ensure their needs are served. • Maintain relationships with churches, ministries, and organizations. • Develop new partnerships for distribution of Bibles, derivatives, and training. • Provide support, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues and partners. • Prepare training manuals, contextualize materials, and execute trainings. • Track and monitor budgets as required. • Prepare written and verbal reports for leadership as required.
• A Degree in Theology, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. • At least 3 years’ experience in partnership and program management. • Knowledge and experience of children and youth ministry. • Previous experience working for a Christian non-profit preferred. • Previous or current church leadership experience desirable. • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision. • Current driving license and willingness to drive office van as and when required. • Ability to travel to various locations locally, regionally and occasionally globally. • The ability for up to 40% overnight travel.
