📋 Description

• Build and own automation and integrations across AWS, GCP, Okta Workflows, Workato, REST APIs, and webhooks • Write Python or Go scripts and support integrations involving Salesforce, Auth0, Slack, Jira, and the data warehouse • Set up backups for critical systems including Jira, GitHub, and Okta Workflows • Own the Claude rollout, connectors, Claude Tag in Slack, MCP servers, and other AI tools such as Gemini and Copilot • Review AI connectors for security and access scope and support internal agents • Administer Okta and Auth0, including Auth0 Actions, SCIM, MFA, device trust, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes • Connect Okta to access governance tools such as Entitle or Lumos • Own Cloudflare DNS, PKI, WAF, rate limiting, and email authentication using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC • Support CloudFront sites, coordinate hosting changes with web agencies, and assist security investigations • Own Google Workspace, Jira, JSM, Confluence, Slack, and GitLab • Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 service desk escalations, troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, and manage vendor support cases • Support device-based access policies with Kandji and Intune teams • Write runbooks, architecture notes, and handoff documents • Maintain inventories of hardware, software, and resources • Manage IT vendor and contractor relationships • Improve IT processes and infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security • Serve as the North American contact for urgent requests, escalations, and production incidents when the Tel Aviv IT team is offline • Take projects from initial request through rollout while balancing planned work and service desk escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations, DevOps, cloud engineering, or IAM engineering, including 2+ years automating IT processes • Equivalent experience will be considered • Hands-on Okta administration, including Okta Workflows • Experience with Auth0 custom logic such as Actions or rules • Working knowledge of AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM) and GCP (projects, IAM, BigQuery) • Experience building integrations with Workato or a similar iPaaS tool • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js, plus REST APIs and webhooks • Experience with Terraform or Pulumi and CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab • Practical experience with Claude or comparable LLM tools, connectors, and MCP servers • Experience with Cloudflare and Google Workspace administration • Understanding of SSO (SAML, OIDC), MFA, SCIM, RBAC, DNS, and email authentication • Familiarity with MDM tools such as Iru Kandji or Intune • Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal English • Discretion with confidential information • Must be able to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight • E-Verify participation indicates U.S. employment authorization context • Nice-to-have: Salesforce Apex and Flow; custom MCP servers or agent frameworks; SQL and BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks; Azure; Entitle or Lumos; SOC 2 or ISO 27001; HRIS-driven provisioning; AWS, GCP, or Okta certifications
