📋 Description

• Develop and execute data extraction roadmaps across multiple health systems • Build business cases for new data sources • Adjust schedules to ensure timely completion • Build and maintain relationships with health system partners • Serve as the main operations point of contact for the Dandelion partnership • Drive and influence cross-functional internal and external data and engineering teams • Foster collaboration and motivate team members to achieve project goals • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Maintain status reports, timelines, resource plans, and other documentation • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership • Report directly to the Chief Network Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successful large-scale project management • Experience overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including initiating programs, driving delivery, and providing issue support • Experience anticipating and adapting to change • Builder’s mindset toward operations • Experience using AI tools to automate project management work • Experience working with engineering and data science teams • Exposure to JIRA, Salesforce, project management tools, and Microsoft Excel • Ability to understand stakeholder objectives, motivations, restrictions, and dependencies • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Willingness to travel as needed to Dandelion’s five health system partners • Must be currently based in the US • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
