📋 Description

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners; • Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs; • Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities; • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives; • Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally; • Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business; • Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing; • Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions; • Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience; • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities; • * Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude; • Experience in the crypto industry or fast-paced tech environments; • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems
