📋 Description

• Support the Project Lead on delivery of several Early Access Programs, including taking minutes, drafting project documentation, managing supporting stakeholders/affiliates, and assisting with reporting • Contribute to client meetings led by the Project Lead • Take ownership of project control for programs • Act as the Patient Access point of contact for programs and support site transitions for post-trial access where required • Support the Project Lead in delivering program-specific KPIs and maintaining operational excellence • Coordinate necessary internal resources to deliver client service throughout each program lifecycle • Provide tailored services for individual client requirements • Support development of systems and processes for successful program delivery • Identify and escalate operational efficiencies and program enhancements for continuous improvement • Ensure quality and regulatory requirements and country-specific requirements are met • Support the business development team with required activities • Support broader Early Access Program activity, including marketing and internal projects • Promote patient centricity throughout all activity

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Desire to maintain awareness of industry trends in the Early Access space • Sets the highest personal standards • Skilled communicator • Other languages desirable
