📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery • Ensure adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability • Ensure all project tasks are completed according to project plans and in compliance with Premier Research processes, policies, and procedures • Act as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for assigned projects • Chair project team meetings and teleconferences • Assist in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership • Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological-, or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Specialty Pharma industry • Budget, finance, and costing experience at project level • Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle • Global experience preferred • In-depth knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas and protocols in Psychedelics, MDD, and Epilepsy
