📋 Description

• Lead customers through implementation from project kick-off to successful go-live • Configure customer data in the SFG20 platform using internal systems and implementation tools • Prepare, cleanse, manipulate and validate customer data using Microsoft Excel and other implementation tools • Deliver implementation activities according to project plans, timelines and quality standards • Conduct customer workshops, implementation meetings and progress updates • Support onboarding, system adoption and transition to Business as Usual • Complete and maintain implementation documentation • Manage multiple customer implementation projects to agreed scope, timescales and budget where applicable • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks and issues • Coordinate Customer Success, Product, Sales and Technical teams • Provide project reporting and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders • Escalate risks and drive resolution • Support implementation activity planning and scheduling • Improve implementation processes, tools and documentation • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and project delivery • Share best practices and lessons learned • Build trusted customer relationships and act as a key implementation contact • Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience • Translate customer requirements into successful implementation outcomes • Maximise customer satisfaction and adoption of the SFG20 platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Compliance sectors • Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills • Strong project planning and organisational skills • Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, validation and analysis • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable presenting to customers and facilitating workshops • Familiarity with data migration or system configuration activities • Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile, PMP or equivalent is desirable • Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives is desirable • Experience supporting resource planning or capacity management is desirable • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK • Must not require company sponsorship • Documentary evidence of right to work will be required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks required
