• Manage endpoint adjudication projects for clinical trials in adherence with ICON's SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations • Deliver projects according to contracts, timelines, and study budgets • Identify out-of-scope activities and initiate budget change orders and contract amendments • Perform project finance reporting • Attend and present at Investigator Meetings, Client Kick-Off Meetings, and other client meetings • Perform user acceptance testing of the electronic endpoint adjudication system • Ensure study-specific training is provided to the study team • Develop and maintain trial documentation, including charters, procedure manuals, site manuals, adjudication forms, communication plans, system requirement specifications, data transfer specifications, and committee training manuals • Serve as the primary study contact for clients and internal and external study teams • Lead internal DMC and endpoint adjudication processing teams • Develop and monitor DMC and endpoint adjudication processing workflows • Facilitate project report development and distribute reports to the study team • Implement quality control measures for adjudication processes and outcomes as necessary
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • 2 years of project management experience in clinical research, ideally in adjudication, clinical trial project management, or study management • Proficient in English, written and verbal • Experience managing budgets and timelines • Endpoint adjudication experience preferred, ideally in a client-facing role • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Time management skills and ability to prioritize efficiently • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
