âą Manage endpoint adjudication projects for clinical trials in adherence with ICON's SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations âą Deliver projects according to contracts, timelines, and study budgets âą Identify out-of-scope activities and initiate budget change orders and contract amendments âą Perform project finance reporting âą Attend and present at Investigator Meetings, Client Kick-Off Meetings, and other client meetings âą Perform user acceptance testing of the electronic endpoint adjudication system âą Ensure study-specific training is provided to the study team âą Develop and maintain trial documentation, including charters, procedure manuals, site manuals, adjudication forms, communication plans, system requirement specifications, data transfer specifications, and committee training manuals âą Serve as the primary study contact for clients and internal and external study teams âą Lead internal DMC and endpoint adjudication processing teams âą Develop and monitor DMC and endpoint adjudication processing workflows âą Facilitate project report development and distribute reports to the study team âą Implement quality control measures for adjudication processes and outcomes as necessary
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field âą 2 years of project management experience in clinical research, ideally in adjudication, clinical trial project management, or study management âą Proficient in English, written and verbal âą Experience managing budgets and timelines âą Endpoint adjudication experience preferred, ideally in a client-facing role âą Outstanding written and verbal communication skills âą Meticulous attention to detail âą Time management skills and ability to prioritize efficiently âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
