📋 Description
• Accountable for member outcomes and performance of their Phorum • Develop the Phorum business plan to demonstrate ROI • Build and grow strategic relationships with L1 and L2 clients to support insights and retention • Monitor member relationships and satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly • Ensure Phorum costs remain within budget and manage renewals and pipeline opportunities

• Executive level experience in leadership positions • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to assess and balance financial, quality, people, and member requirements • Experience with operational rigor and adherence to core processes • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create member value
