📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo program • Coordinate the entire patient journey and obtain prescription drug coverage • Serve as the primary contact for physicians and assigned healthcare providers • Establish and maintain relationships with clinics and physicians, including site visits • Request missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and healthcare providers • Coordinate with insurance companies, physician offices, healthcare professionals, and public funding programs • Coordinate documents, submissions, paperwork, clinic appointments, and drug deliveries • Foster relationships with patients and key healthcare providers • Implement best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Work rotating Monday–Friday shifts covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing required • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and health care reimbursement • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google apps, Word, and Excel • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work rotating Monday–Friday shifts supporting various regions of Canada
