📋 Description

• Build a new admin panel from scratch to replace our current no-code setup. • Design and maintain backend endpoints and connect them to clean, usable frontends. • Partner with internal teams (Care, Compliance) to define projects and deliver solutions that improve efficiency. • Contribute to AI automation pipelines for customer care and compliance. • Build data visualizations and analytics tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scoping, designing, delivering, and supporting projects end-to-end. • Comfortable engaging and managing multiple stakeholders with different needs. • Proficiency in at least one of these languages: Go, Python, or JavaScript, with enthusiasm to learn the others. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects. • Fluent in French and English.
