Our unique combination of business technology, certified technicians, and efficient processes gives us a competitive edge over other IT companies. • **Role Overview** • As an AI Developer, you will work at the intersection of **AI, .NET Core, document parsing, screen scraping, and workflow automation**. You will help architect and build the next generation of our intake engine—powering end-to-end automation for clinical referrals and integrations with hospital systems. • This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape our next-gen product.

🎯 Requirements

• **Key Responsibilities** • - Build and enhance **.NET Core (C#)** services powering Smart Admissions 3.0 • - Architect and implement **AI workflows** using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, embeddings, and prompt engineering • - Develop **RESTful APIs** for internal and external integrations • - Work with **document ingestion pipelines**, OCR, and AI extraction models • - Perform **screen scraping / automation** (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer) for referral portals • - Map AI-extracted data into structured SQL datasets • - Build and maintain UI components (React, Angular, or similar) • - Collaborate with U.S. developers, product team, and project manager • - Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and release planning • - Ensure security and compliance for PHI (HIPAA-like best practices) • **Required Skills** • - **Strong .NET Core / C# experience (5+ years)** • - Full-stack development experience (backend + JavaScript front-end) • - Strong SQL skills (queries, functions, performance tuning) • - Experience calling **OpenAI APIs** or similar LLM service • - Ability to build automated data extraction tools (screen scraping) • - Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines • - Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English • - Reliable home office setup + stable internet • **Preferred Skills** • - Experience with Azure OpenAI, embeddings, vector databases • - Experience integrating with healthcare systems (FHIR, HL7, EPIC) • - Experience with OCR (Azure Form Recognizer, Tesseract) • - Understanding of HIPAA-style data protection • - Startup/SaaS background • - Experience building AI agents or multi-step orchestration workflows

• **Compensation ₱150,000 – ₱220,000 (USD $2,600 – $3,800)**.
